That we are flawed is not a belief but a simple fact which requires no free will in the exercise of choice.
To discern is a natural consequence of observation in the daily course of living.
To judge - now that requires choice.
Whether I have judged or discerned or believed in the conscious efforts of others lies within the recesses of my mind, which I choose not to expressly reveal. =)
